Co-op Haunted House Steps Up for Thrill Seekers!

Co-op Kid's Club Haunted House - Success!

Once again, our talented staff, their families and friends put on a spooktacular Haunted House event for the community!

Well over a thousand people attended the event this year. This time we had a Bouncy Castle - many thanks to the Dauphin Friendship Centre - on the child friendly side of the Haunted House as well as Ursula, ghosts, and Mr. Pumpkin Head.

The Spookier side was filled with screams and howls....not only from our characters...but the guests as well! The Baby Room was a favorite with props and characters jumping out to terrify guests. A Graveyard, Circus Under the Big Top, Butcher shop, Chuckie, caged animals and many more horrifying rooms and tunnels kept guests wondering what was coming at them next! It was so much fun! We are so proud to be able to put such a great fright night on for the community.

This yearly event would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our creative force: Joey Walterson (Food Store cashier) & family, Cindy Eiffert (Lorne's wife) & family, and Joy Keena (Bakery employee) & family. We are so proud to have such dedicated staff and their families. These three women have the vision, drive, skills and creativity to make our Haunted House the talk of the town!

We collected $860 in donations for the Dauphin Friendship Centre's Angel Tree Program. The Angel Tree Program provides gifts for Christmas Hampers distributed in our area.
