We are very pleased to announce the Kelly Moroz, Main Street Gas Bar Manager, has been selected as one of the the 2023 Future Leaders by Convenience & Car Wash magazine.

Winners were chosen following an industry-wide call for nominations. Future Leaders in Convenience and Car Wash
2023 recognizes individuals under the age of 40 (as of Dec. 31, 2023) who have demonstrated:
• A commitment to a career in convenience/gas/car wash and related areas
• Innovation through the work they are doing and unique ideas they bring to the table
• Leadership through the capacity to inspire and learn from others
• Initiative by getting involved on a larger level, i.e., through committees, associations, events, charitable work or community relations

Kelly is known for providing excellent customer service, her ambition to grow professionally and her ability to train a successful team. Customers and Co-op Members return to the Main Street Gas Bar because of how Kelly and her team welcome them.

It’s no wonder she has won an award that recognizes leaders who go above and beyond to innovate, problem solve, exceed customer’s expectations, support others, and build careers that align with their personal values.
Kelly joined Co-op as an ACC student to make extra money. Her dedication was first recognized and rewarded when she was offered the management position at the age of 24. “Starting out as a young female manager was hard because I wasn’t always taken seriously. Over time that changed and now I have a great team who believes in me and customers that support me daily,” says Kelly.

Kelly is exceptional; persevering in a male-dominated industry. We are so proud to have her on our Leadership Team and congratulate her for this achievement.
