Congratulations to Mark, Grocery Manager, for putting in the extra time and effort to complete the Grocery Advance Training program!

This program is available for Co-op Team Members that excel in their current position and have demonstrated the abilities, skills and drive to pursue the requirements for future positions.

Mark has demonstrated all of these qualities and more. You can find him serving our members, customers and fellow Team Members with excellence at the Grocery department.

This highly-valued training is provided free of charge to Co-op Team Members and can be completed on their own time while working at a Co-op location.

Mark pursued the Advance program because he loves to learn new things to get a better perspective of how things work. "Through this program, I had the opportunity to explore the different areas of our Co-op and how it operates, as well as gain a better understanding of how each department contributes to our success as a whole." said Mark.

"The program helps team members focus on our vision, mission, and goals as an organization, which is essential for future success. Mark has been part of different teams throughout his career and brings a variety of experiences to his role as Grocery Manager.
