Congratulations to Dylan Loucks for putting in the extra time and effort to complete the Centre Store Advance Training Program!

This program is available for Co-op Team Members that excel in their current position and have demonstrated the abilities, skills and drive to pursue the requirements for future positions.

Dylan has demonstrated these qualities and more throughout his time with Co-op. As a Grocery Supervisor, he helps create a collaborative and productive team environment.

This highly-valued training is provided free of charge to Co-op Team Members and can be completed on their own time while working at a Co-op location.

Dylan pursued the Advance program because he loves to learn new things to get a better perspective of how things work. “It was a good learning experience and a great opportunity to learn new skills and different ways of problem solving. It’s also a good next step toward whatever my future plans may be.” said Dylan.
