Description:

Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for an Administrative Clerk at our Administration Office

The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:

· Provide legendary guest experiences, handling customer requests and inquiries

· Provide administrative support to the Administration Department

· Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping

· Help process invoices, transfers, and other routine financial paperwork as required

· Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner

· Support office functions such as mail handling, scanning, and organizing documentation

· Assist with routine reconciliations or reporting tasks as directed

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or a related field is an asset

· Previous administrative or clerical experience required

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with accounting software is an asset

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
