Meat Cutter

Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for a Meat Cutter, Part-time, in our Meat Department at the Food Centre

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Provide customer service and sales assistance

· Ensure meat preparation complies with CFIA guidelines and Co-op standards

· Ensure displays are always filled

· Responsible for the receiving, inspecting, and storage of inventory

· Adhere to all sanitation and personal hygiene policies of the Co-op and government legislation

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of previous meat preparation experience

· Demonstrated ability of working in a team environment

· Provide excellent customer service

· Mature and reliable

· Excellent communication skills and project a positive image

· Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
