Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for a Meat Supervisor in our Meat Department at our Food Centre

The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Deliver legendary customer service and guest experiences
• Responsible for ordering, inventory, receiving, promo bookings, claims, transfers and handling of merchandise
• Assist in coaching, training and supervision of team members
• Prepare/adjust weekly team member schedules in Time and Attendance
• Administration duties including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and filling
• Other meat duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Ability to be a leader in a multi-generational team environment
• Mature, responsible and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Computer and spreadsheet knowledge
• Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Meat Advance considered an asset
