Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for Baker, Part-time at our Food Centre

The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:

· Deliver legendary customer service and guest experiences

· Scale, mix, bake, finish, and decorate in accordance with approved company procedures and standards following standardized formulations

· Order and receive all ingredients and supplies according to production requirements

· Ensure that the Co-op’s equipment is being operated and maintained in a safe and responsible manner. Monitor case temperatures and clean equipment regularly

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Ability to lead a multi-generational team environment

· Mature, reliable, and self-motivated

· Outstanding teamwork skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends

· Bakery Advance considered an asset

· 2-3 years of previous experience as a Baker

· Previous scratch baking is considered an asset
