Dauphin Consumers Co-op is hiring an Petroleum Manager to join our Agro Team.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, this position is responsible for managing, overseeing, and leading the strategy and overall day-to-day operations of the Bulk Petroleum department.
· Apply a broad based level of operational knowledge, commodity direction and managerial skills to achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
· Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
· Prepare, administer and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
· Develop, review, and obtain approval of annual operating budgets to ensure adherence and appropriate utilization of funds.
· Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, scheduling, training and development of team members.
· Build strong customer relationships through an effective strategic marketing and networking strategy.
Who you are:
You are looking for a retail career in Petroleum and:
· Have a proficient understanding of petroleum, lubricant and equipment products
· Demonstrated experience in leading a team
· Have strong interpersonal, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or Class 3 with air considered an asset).
· You are honest and trustworthy, as well as results oriented, effectively encouraging others and striving to be the best in what you do.
· You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
