Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for a Gas Bar Supervisor at our Main Street Gas Bar.

The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Providing excellent customer service and sales assistance in all areas including gas and convenience store
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain online receiving
• Ordering merchandise for in-store sales
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets on various commodities
• Preparing weekly employee staffing schedules
• Auditing and adjusting item costs on a regular basis to ensure margin
• Implementing and maintain site CASMs (Planograms)
• Filing and general office duties
• Adhering to and implementing Co-op procedures and policies

Qualifications:
• Ability to be a leader in a multi-generational team environment
• Responsible, self-motivated, with excellent time-management
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Computer and spreadsheet knowledge
• Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
