Dauphin Consumers Co-op is hiring an Agro Manager to join our Agro Team.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, this position is responsible for the planning and day-to-day execution of the Dauphin Agro location. The position provides leadership, direction and oversite to Agro centre operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

· Manage and oversee over-the-counter/inside sales and CRM activities

· Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards

· Coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance schedule

· Oversee and lead ordering, supply chain logistics, and inventory.

· Work closely with team members, sales team, and suppliers to align inventory with customer needs.

· Build strong customer relationships.

· Plan, monitor, and manage a variety of internal projects from initiation to completion.

· Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.

· Track and report on measurables, KPIs, and other production data.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and you have:

· 5+ years leadership in an agricultural environment

· Demonstrated strong interpersonal/communication skills

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting

· Strong knowledge of crop production cycles and agricultural best practices

· Hands-on mindset, able to work outdoors and solve problems in real-time

· A CCA or P.Ag. Accreditation is an asset, but not required

· Familiarity with Microsoft Suite including Word & Excel. Familiarity with Ag Tech and CRM tools considered an asset

· Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
